I thought it was a graphics card (my friends in Scotland did the same with one), but because of where I work I must do things "the legit way" (at least I do have the correct test equipment).
There really isn't as much space on UHF TV band as there once was, as so much is reallocated to LTE mobiles in Europe (also I must be careful about 868 MHz healthcare alarms that are sometimes used there)

Alas, the cheapest professional grade DVB-T modulators are about €200, or I could use the decomissioned XP machines (reformatted with Linux) to deliver info graphics and even short videos across the building 😉
I tried it with an analogue modulator and it works but not very good resolution and I need to get the levels exactly right to avoid causing interference to other TV signals (or backfeeding the antenna, which Ofcom don't like!)
