I've set up https://meet.xaos.space but now a few questions are bugging me:
Is there a good way to check if a #WebRTC or #jitsi server is working well?
Especially if the direct UDP connections between peers could be established?
What is the best way to turn off all logging?

@bg Firefox has really good WebRTC debugging on the about:webrtc page that'll help you figure out what's going on with the connections.
my understanding is that jitsi is a media bridge (sfu) so media passes through the server, not peer to peer? i'm not super familiar with how it's configured tho.
