My training schedule told me to run 35 km today! 😱

While travelling, I had to take a break from running for unrelated health reasons, so this was the first long run after 6 weeks… might have underestimated the effect of that a bit.

I managed to run 30 km, then my knee started to hurt, and I walked the rest of the distance. No need to take unnecessary risks.

Marathon is taking place in three weeks!
