The polarizing argument over one or the other is a distraction from looking at the root cause.
Domestic violence is the most common thread in mass violence.
Arguing over banning guns or locking mentally ill people away is just a damn distraction.

@Laurelai I strongly disagree. Mentally ill people need help. Guns should not be in everyone’s hands, because people are generally stupid. Just look how many children died b shooting themselves. It’s not because of masculinity, it’s because people are stupid. So please come to your senses USA and prohibit gun ownership for every moron in your country, that just elected the biggest thread to gender equality for president. Funfact: you can’t get shot if nobody has guns.
