Wow I suck at this. Does anyone know a good primer for bitmap graphics math (from lines to circles, curves, etc)?

@epilys Nice! Out of curiosity, I noticed that you `includes!()`ed some Rust files to inline them into main instead of making some things public and importing them. Was there a specific reason for that, or just something you wanted to do?

@badtuple I was porting the C code, which had # includes :) They'll be slowly replaced with more "modern" code though
