Just had a phone call with Samsung, asking how satisfied I am with my device repair.
The person was basically a human-to-html-radiobutton interface (*), asking me to rate my expirience.
The call was alright (nice human, good audio quality) but Samsung needs someone for their survey UX.
Questions 1 & 2: Rate from 1 to 7 (7 is best)
Question 3: Rate from 1 to 7 (1 is best)
Question 4: Rate from 0 to 9 (9 is best)
Who comes up with this? 🙃
