"Elen, don't buy that 4k display, nothing good will come of it!"

Can't tell if "year of the linux desktop" or i'm just cursed.

Lol, KDE just crashed on me. I take everything back!

I like this new "stable" experience. But the blurriness in some applications still sucks. Funny thing is also the old people sized cursor in everything KDE, but not other apps. And only on the 4k display and not on the other.

Today in linux land: Adding "amdgpu.gpu_recovery=1" and updating to 5.5 makes my RX 5700 and KDE not crash anymore. Though Firefox Wayland is now fucked, lol.
One step at a time, one step a time...

ok so basically can Computer Applications be more resilient against network problems

software devs please

The callouts will continue until morale improves.

I should just build smaller bricks which do one thing and one thing well at a time.
The ADC brick doesn't need an isolated power supply in like 95% of the cases. And when I get around to actually designing that part, i can make it standalone and pluggable.

I face a certain sub set of problems over and over again which I haven't solved yet.

First: Isolated DC/DC for low power needs (<5W)
Second: ADC, just want a solution where i then can plug in small boards with the analog parts on it to prototype stuff.

Also I'm mildly over-thinking this whole thing.

They're part of a collection called Naturalia: Chronicle of Contemporary Ruins

I hate it when my side-projects grow side-projects 😣

Got some new toys to play with today :3

Was an adventure again to find the right post office which actually has the parcel 🙄
