It seems that there are people seriously believing that it is 𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘣𝘭𝘦 to get interactivity on a website with CSS, SVG, HTML or browser plugins.
They claim only JavaScript is capable of doing that.
