still reading "" - realized, i already eat very healthy, just , but with some extra through yeast flakes and D3 pills (instead of sunlight) which i need together with and for my bones. from now on just , and vers less because of too high content, which was very bad for my bowel. without gluten it works just fine. tried it for several weeks with try and error, again and again.
and also stopped 馃毈
