still reading "#hownottodie" - realized, i already eat very healthy, just #vegan, but with some extra #b12 through yeast flakes and #vitamine D3 pills (instead of sunlight) which i need together with #calcium and #magnesium for my bones. from now on just #plants, and vers less #grain because of too high #gluten content, which was very bad for my bowel. without gluten it works just fine. tried it for several weeks with try and error, again and again.
and also stopped 🚬
