I often think there's a heck alot of privilege in our projects in FOSS. I say this as a white cis woman. I'm well aware of the fact I have no frame of reference for what others go through. But when I hear the argument of we use "propriatory hosted tool" as it's easier to join I feel a massive sense of failure. I also feel folks in my space are in a huge bubble, especially when they are from the Open Core side of things.

I'm glad to be a European because there is some nuance, its not perfect by any means. But I'm glad for @fsfe and their work.
