@platypus ich hatte das Problem auch noch nie. Egal ob mit jpg oder png oder irgendeinem anderen üblichen Format. Es gibt eine Uploadbegrenzung auf 8 MB, aber wenn man das überschreitet, bekommt man es schon während des Uploads angezeigt.
@thomas hm nee, nur ~500kb groß höchstens, dann kann es das nicht sein...

@bongo was meinst du genau mit "direkt reinpasten"? Ich habe das mit der normalen Image-Uploadfunktion für Toots über das Webinterface ausprobiert.

Hm das klingt komisch. Ich bin zwar kein #mastoadmin und kenne die Einstellungen einer Instanz auch nicht, aber bei mir hat das eigentlich immer funktioniert. Sowohl PNG als auch JPG. Egal ob vom Smartphone oder PC.
