I have never heard of an operating system that you spent time and effort getting into some reasonably safe place, where adding another user just undid all that effort unannounced and by silent default. This is really disgusting.

Take 2 get rid of etc. - change status/pinned message to indicate you are going and specify alternate method to contact. Then disable/mute account and restrain yourself for a few days at a time - increasing the interval. May set some junk hard to remember & type password to make it harder to login.
