Hm, the team behind it consists of peeps with academic titles working for universities and they also have a section about the lookalike: "Why does this page looks like the Spectre and Meltdown websites?".
Not motivated enough to check credibility of the doctors and profs, though.

@ida I presume that this is valid research, it's just the style of presentation... Going public like this can for example also damage your reputation when you overstate your findings, see #Efail / #EFFail
