DST, mh, PSA, Covid-19 

Gentle reminder that changing time zone (e.g. due to DST) can have effects on your physical and mental health. If you're feeling a bit off or a bit down and aren't sure why, it's entirely possible that the DST change has set your system out of balance, and needs some time to adjust to the change, doubly so during an already stressful time (thanks Covid-19).

Remember to take care of yourself!

i'm mildly amused at how i've managed to reuse this post twice now; i'm not sure me from a year ago would have seen that coming.

(to my irritation, this most recent time zone change is definitely hitting where it hurts, not helped by the mild heady cold i've developed over the past day or two.)
