oh neat Firefox has now a convenient built-in screenshot functionality in the right-click context menu!!

@uint8_t I've used the Vivaldi screenshot function to take a screenshot of you taking screenshots of the Firefox screenshot function

We're down the rabbit hole, people

@uint8_t Umm, weren't Mozilla the people who put autoupload to $cloudservice in their screenshot functionality?

@sophie maybe in the past?? I don't see any traces of that on my compute, not even as option (despite even having a firefox-sync account)

@uint8_t @sophie iirc when it was new they had a firefox send button you could click to get it hosted on their servers.
but I think they even shut down firefox send because it got abused

@uint8_t I think it had it for quite a while, and it's cool that you can take "scrolling" screenshots (of the full page).

@hajduc @uint8_t yeah it is there already for a couple of versions, but I think they changed or removed the toolbar button, after last update I had to search for the screenshot tool for a moment 🤔

@uint8_t unfortunately they have hidden it a bit now, I was looking for it after the last update... thanks

@uint8_t this has been around for ages but I always found it in the urlbar menu. I guess they now made it more discoverable.

@qwazix @uint8_t except for the people who already knew where it was before :| i assumed they had removed it after the update.

@guenther @uint8_t I didn't notice they removed it from the old place
