I thought you meant instead of paying one time a year's fee you split it into 12 (monthly parts).
In my case not once a year 72 € but 12 times 6 € which is absolute bonkers when I think about it.

Summary: Just support the CCC and pay your membership.
In time.

@Bobo_PK @luricaun @vollkorn You can pay cash at the congress or general assembly. Or you find a proxy to do the wire transfer for you. I believe it's also possible to drop the money into our account at a postbank. Or maybe even any bank. With horrendous fees probably.

I'm now even more gutted half my country voted for stupid Brexit, by the time I'd be able to fully benefit from joining CCC (and with free time/energy to travel to events in Germany) I might need a travel visa and also worry about what UK govt would think of me travelling to "a foreign activists group meeting" (in the 1980s they were too paranoid to let teenagers learn computer science *and* German in high school in case we became spies 😆 🕵🏽 )
